  1. WHAT IS OVERLOADED LAUNDRY SERVICE?

    We are a full service laundry that provides pick-up and delivery for your laundry needs to residence halls and residential customers. Just give us anything that is machine washable, we’ll wash it, dry it, fold it and deliver back to you within 48hrs. The process is easy, sign up for a semester or yearlong package. We will give you a laundry bag that will fit all your clothes. We will pick up and deliver one day a week to your residence hall. College is for learning, hanging out with friends, and enjoying the College experience, not doing laundry. We will do residential pick up and delivery for $1.35 per pound. We also offer drop off services for $1.15 per pound.
  2. WHAT PACKAGES DO WE OFFER?

    We off three packages for students living in residence halls 10, 20, and 30lbs per week for the semester or year. Our 10lb package is ideal for just linen, towels and underclothes. (This is perfect for students that take the majority of their wardrobe to the cleaners). Approximate break down of 10lb of laundry. 2 Jeans/1 button down shirt/1 shorts/ 5 t-shirts/7 underwear/7 socks/1 towel Our 20lb package per week is ideal for most students. Approximate break down of 20lb of laundry. 4 jeans/ 2 button down shirts/3 shorts/7 t shirts/9 underwear/9 socks/2 towels. Our 30lb package per week is ideal for most student athletes. Approximate break down of 30lb of laundry. 5 jeans/4 button down shirts/5 shorts/10 t shirts/12 underwear/12 socks/4 towels.
  3. WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A WEEK?

    No need to worry our service is cumulative so just add it to the next week. If you can’t wait until the following week give us a call we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  4. WHEN DOES SERVICE START?

    Pick up and Delivery start the first week of class and end the last week of the semester.
  5. HOW DO I GET MY BAG?

    THIS IS IMPORTANT! We have to have your correct contact information. That’s how we will tell you the where, how and when of bag distribution during move-in days. All you have to do is make sure your mobile number and email is correct on your registration login page.
  6. WHEN AND WHERE IS PICK UP AND DELIVERY?

    Pick up and delivery will be in the lobby of your residence all the times will be published on the website.
  7. WHEN DO I PAY?

    Like your meal plan or registration, you pay for the service prior to classes beginning.
  8. WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO OVER MY PLAN?

    No problem just add additional pounds and pay for it on the website, prior to the next pick up date.
  9. WHAT HAPPENS MY LAUNDRY IS DAMAGED?

    After determining that we did in fact damage your laundry item we will replace the item. We will then donate the damaged item if still in good condition to the local shelter.
  10. HOW DO I KNOW THAT NOTHING IS MISSING?

    We weigh the clothes prior to getting sorted and entered into your account, upon completion we weigh the clothes again to the tenth of a pound ensuring nothing is missing.
  11. WHAT IF I HAVE NEW CLOTHES OR DELICATE ITEMS THAT I DON’T WANT DRIED?

    If you have any special instructions just put a note in the bag or on the website under your account we will see it and make sure special instructions are followed.
  12. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE FOR DROP OFF SERVICE

    We take all major credit/debit cards, cash, and check
  13. WHAT IS THE COST FOR DROP OFF WASH AND FOLD SERVICE

    $1.15 PER POUND
  14. WHAT IS THE COST FOR OVERLOADED TO PICK UP AND DELIVER

    $1.35 PER POUND
  15. WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR DROP OFF SERVICE

    DROPPED OFF BEFORE 12:00 WILL BE READY AFTER 5:00PM, DROPPED OFF AFTER 12:00 WILL BE READY THE FOLLOWING MORNING.

    MONDAY THRU THURSDAY 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM FRIDAY 7:00AM TO 12:00 PM
